INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679
This policy, provided to data subjects pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2017/679, applies to personal data voluntarily provided by users through the ‘Work with us’ section of the website www.morettispa.com.
Purpose of processing: Your personal data provided in the forms will be processed by Moretti Spa as the independent data controller for:
1) evaluating your application; 2) managing job interviews.
Methods of processing: The personal data provided is processed in paper and electronic form by Moretti Spa in full compliance with current regulations, including security and confidentiality profiles, and in accordance with the principles of fairness and lawfulness of processing (Articles 5, 6 and 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679). The forms do not require the collection of special (sensitive) and/or judicial data, which may be collected during the interview.
Mandatory/optional nature of data provision: The provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory and failure to enter such data will prevent the application from being completed. On the other hand, the provision of data in fields not marked with an asterisk, although it may be useful for a better evaluation of the application itself, is optional and failure to provide such data does not affect the completion of the application process. The provision of data, including sensitive data, for the purposes of managing the job interview is necessary and failure to provide such data may not allow for the correct and comprehensive management of the job application.
Legal basis for data processing and storage: The personal data provided is processed by Moretti Spa for the purposes of managing the job application (Art. 6.1.b EU Regulation 2016/679).
Communication and dissemination: With the exception of communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, your data will be processed by personnel authorised to do so and will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by national or European Union law.
Rights of the data subject: Data subjects have the right to request from the data controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR). For any request relating to the processing of personal data by the cooperative, to exercise the rights recognised by the Privacy Code, as well as to obtain an updated list of the subjects to whom the data is accessible, the user may contact the Data Controller at: privacy@morettispa.com
Right to lodge a complaint: Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this website is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
