INFORMATION PROVIDED PURSUANT TO ARTS. 13-14 OF THE GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) NO. 2016/679
According to the above Regulation, processing must be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and also protection of your confidentiality and rights.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (GDPR), we are therefore providing you with the following information:

1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address) provided by filling out the form will be used for the following purposes:
a) Management of promotions and marketing by sending sales offers to the e-mail address provided.

2. NATURE OF PROVIDING THE DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSING TO RESPOND
It is optional to provide the personal data of the data subject for promotional and/or marketing purposes. Failure to do so will make it impossible to register with the newsletter service.

3. PROCESSING METHODS
Processing will be performed using manual and/or automated and telematic means, with organisational and processing logic strictly associated with the purposes themselves and, in any case, in a manner to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, using the organisational, physical and logical measures envisaged by current regulations.

4. ACCESS TO THE DATA AND COMMUNICATION
The personal data provided may be communicated to companies that manage the company’s IT systems, banks that deal with payment or collection of sums due from us and to us, the consultants and/or professional advisors appointed by the company, but the area of disclosure of the data will be strictly limited to performance of the assignment we have granted to the aforementioned parties, for the sole purpose indicated.
The data provided could also be learned by the managers and representatives who operate under the direct authority of the controller or the processor, complying with the instructions received from them.

5. DURATION OF PROCESSING
The Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to achieve the above purposes and up until withdrawal of consent by the data subject.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You can exercise the following rights, at any time:
• access to the personal data;
• obtain rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of its processing;
• object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent, where envisaged, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).
