The design of a new product begins with a careful phase of sharing ideas. This exchange of information and ideas takes place among the managers of the research and development department and the coordinators of the sales department. Every new product arises from a mix of ideas in addition to the needs and trends identified in the market and the research works and innovations developed inside the Company, by testing new technologies or processing elements and features that significantly improve the performance of the finished product.
The design process, therefore, consists of several phases with the specific aim of responding effectively to the needs of the product end user, the requests of the purchasing managers and the feasibility parameters defined together with the design and production department.
